Whether you're active-duty and supporting a service member in their journey or retired and working and living in a non-military life this workshop will explore the ways you can balance doing for others and caring for yourself.
Instructor Wendy Caldwell uses mindful meditation, an interest inventory, and creative expression to infuse harmony and happiness about who YOU are.
Practice mindfulness through group meditation
