Building Hope and Gratitude for the Holidays with Wendy

It's the second year of post-pandemic living, social distancing, travel restrictions, and changes to our normal.

Whether you can recognize it, it has affected all of us physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Join Wendy Caldwell, LPC to examine the many feelings that come with the overwhelming holiday surge of family, friends, responsibilities, and effort it takes to bring traditions home.

We'll explore ways to ground ourselves in preparation for the hectic holiday season, find inner peace no matter if the cookies burn or the gravy boat breaks, and remind ourselves of all the things we are grateful for and what truly brings us happiness and hope in this 2-week workshop.

Week 1: November 21st - 6:30-9:00 PM
Week 2: November 28th - 6:30-9:00 PM

👉Identify stressors to bring awareness of things that can get in the way of holiday cheer
👉Bring awareness to things that lift us up and get tips on how to relish in joy
👉Learn about the practice of gratitude and the science behind it
👉Find your calm and practice how to access it even in times of holiday chaos, loneliness, and disappointment
👉Continue to take small steps toward prioritizing your needs so you can keep pouring into your partners and families


Throughout this 2-part workshop, we'll enjoy a variety of activities including:

❤️ Participate in mindfulness meditations
❤️ Journal writing and week-long “Three Blessings” gratitude prompt
❤️ Hope Pie Art Activity
❤️ Set an intention and embellish it for display
❤️ Develop a self-care plan to make the most of your holiday season
